The Community Sponsor

The corporate entity or local organization (such as a Chamber of Commerce or municipal group) responsible for funding the annual platform fee. This essential investment ensures the continuity of service by covering the platform, the digital signage devices, and the necessary commission funds for the Local Support team to efficiently manage the network.

Local Support

Whether provided by the Sponsor or sought out as a separate entity, this role is the local contact for simple tech support and coordinating the physical device installation at host locations.

Host Business Onboarding

Local businesses form the vital backbone of the community network by volunteering to connect a screen at their location. The entire process is designed for minimal effort: we ship a preconfigured, plug-and-play device to the Local Support Partner, who assists with the quick installation.

Advertisers & Ongoing Management

Local Support and other authorized partners actively prospect, sell, and onboard local advertisers. The process is streamlined using the Community Dashboard, which provides the tools to create advertiser accounts and seamlessly manage the network. The system handles the ongoing ad approval pipeline, provides real-time device health monitoring, and uses automated tools for revenue-share payouts.
