Device

Step 1.

Connect the device to your TV with the HDMI cable, then plug in the power cable.

Wait for your device to turn on and load the Display Local signage application. ~30 seconds

Step 2.

Click the Connect WiFi button and select your WiFi.

Upon successful WiFi connection, press the Back button on your remote to return to the setup process.

Step 3.

Scan the QR code on your screen or visit displaylocal.io/start.

Sign in, enter the code from your screen, and select your Display account.

If something doesn't appear to be working right, believe it or not, the first thing to try is unplugging your device and plugging it back in.

Check Wi-Fi

If your screen doesn't seem to be updating, check your Wi-Fi connection.

• Press the Back button on your remote to bring up settings.

• Check bottom right corner to see Wi-Fi strength.

• Click the WIFI button in the center of the screen to open Wi-Fi settings.

• Connect to Wi-Fi, and upon a successful connection, press the Home button on remote to return to the signage.

Refresh

Clear your storage, cache, and RAM to give the application a fresh start.

• Press the Back button on your remote to bring up settings.

• Click the Refresh button in the center of the screen.

• You will NOT need to sign back in after this.
