How to connect your Facebook account
From your dashboard, click the account button in the top-right corner and go to 'Account'. Under Business Details, click 'Connect your Facebook account'. Follow the prompts to log in and select the business account you want to connect.
How to connect your Instagram account
From your dashboard, click the account button in the top-right corner and go to 'Account'. Under Business Details, click 'Connect your Instagram account'. Follow the prompts to log in and select the business account you want to connect.
How to connect your Google Business account
From your dashboard, click the account button in the top-right corner and go to 'Account'. Under Business Details, click 'Connect your listing'. Follow the steps to connect your Google Business account and select your listing.
How to invite additional users
From your dashboard, click the account button in the top-right corner and go to 'Account'. Under Team Members, click the 'Invite' link to generate a unique invite URL you can share with your employees.
How to change your business name
From your dashboard, click the account button in the top-right corner and go to 'Account'. Under Business Details, update the Business Name field — changes are saved automatically.
How to change your business logo
From your dashboard, click the account button in the top-right corner and go to 'Account'. Under Business Details, click the 'Logo' button to upload your business logo. This will also update your color palette automatically.
How to change your color theme or palette
From your dashboard, click the account button in the top-right corner and go to 'Account'. Under Business Details, you can add, edit, or remove individual colors from your color palette. These colors are used in generated designs.
How to upload media from your dashboard
Click the 'Media' tab to see your uploaded items. Click the '+' button or drag and drop images/videos to add them. Your uploaded media is available for use in your designs.
How to upload media from the design editor
Click the 'Media' button in the left sidebar to view and upload files. Use the '+' button or drag and drop to upload. Click any item to add it to your design. You can also drag and drop an image or video directly onto the design canvas.
How to use design templates from the dashboard
Click the 'Designs' tab to view saved and Display Local templates. Hover over a design and click 'Editor' to customize it. Browse by category for more templates.
How to use design templates from the editor
Click the 'Designs' button in the left sidebar to browse templates. Click any design to open and edit it.
Prepare your brand for design generation
Before generating designs, upload your logo and set your color palette in the 'Account' section to personalize your generated content.
How to generate a design from the dashboard
Go to 'Designs' > 'Design Builder'. Browse brands or categories like Rooted Intuition or CBD. Click a product to generate editable designs you can publish or download.
How to generate a design from the editor
In the design editor, click 'Designs' > 'Design Builder'. Choose a brand or category to generate designs, then customize, download, or publish them.
Download a design
From the 'Share & Publish' view, click 'Download Options' to choose between image or video formats.
Post a design to Facebook
In 'Share & Publish', click 'Post to Facebook'. If not connected, follow prompts to link your account. Then post immediately or schedule it.
Post a design to Instagram
In 'Share & Publish', click 'Post to Instagram'. If not connected, follow prompts to link your account. Then post immediately or schedule it.
Publish to signage
In 'Share & Publish', click 'Add to Signage' to display immediately or schedule the design. From the slideshow editor, click 'Publish Slideshow' to update your signage.
Add animations
Deselect all components by clicking the background. Then, click 'Animate' in the top editor bar and choose an animation.
Change background color
Deselect all components by clicking the background. Click the color wheel in the editor bar to open the background color selector.
Change slide duration
Click the background to deselect all components. Click the clock icon to adjust duration. For slides with videos, select 'Match video length' to ensure full playback.
Edit a component
Click a text or image component to select it. Use the top toolbar to adjust color, font, alignment, border radius, and more.
Quick slideshow edits from dashboard
Click the 'Signage' tab to manage your slideshow. You can reorder slides or adjust their status (active, hidden, scheduled).
Full slideshow editing
Click the slideshow name to open the full editor. Use the '+' in the bottom-right to add a slide. Click 'Settings' to reorder or schedule slides.
How to start a multipost campaign
From your dashboard, hover over a design or media item and click the checkbox. Select up to 5 items, then click 'Multi-Post' from the slide-up panel.
Set campaign destinations
Choose where to post — signage, Facebook, or Instagram. Connect any accounts as needed. A green checkmark confirms the destination is ready.
Schedule campaign timing
Choose 'Right Now' or 'Schedule for Later' to set the start date and time for your campaign.
Set posting frequency
Choose how often to post: once per day, every other day, etc. Example: If your campaign starts July 22 at 5pm, the next posts follow the set frequency.
Fine-tune your campaign
Reorder posts, add captions, and adjust times using the post design view before publishing.
