Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Display ('the Platform') is owned and operated by Multifaceted Approach, LLC. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms.

2. Advertisers & Host Businesses

The Platform facilitates local advertising through a network of digital screens.

• Advertisers: Responsible for the content of advertisements and for ensuring they have the legal right to use any images or trademarks included in their creative assets.
• Host Businesses: Agree to maintain Display hardware in working order and visible to customers during standard business hours. Failure to maintain screen uptime may result in reduced revenue or account termination.

3. Vitality Index & Data Usage

The Iowa Community Vitality Index™ is a proprietary dataset. We grant users a limited license to cite this data provided:

• Mandatory Attribution: All citations must credit "Display Local" as the source.
• Hyperlink Requirement: For digital publications, users must provide a functional link back to the original dataset on displaylocal.io.
• Prohibited Acts: Scraping, mass-harvesting, or re-selling the Index data without written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

By uploading "Your Content" (ads, images, or audio), you grant Multifaceted Approach, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable license to display and distribute that content across the Platform's network. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates third-party rights or community standards.

5. Fees and Payments

Advertisers agree to be charged automatically for accrued balances. Host businesses are paid their earned fees on the first of each month. All financial transactions are processed securely; we reserve the right to suspend service for failed payments.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Des Moines, Iowa.
